Parkland Apartments
Looking for a home away from home? These beautifully furnished, new deluxe apartments on the Columbia School of English campus can hold up to 500 students. You can choose from a private bedroom with a private bathroom or a private bedroom with a shared bathroom.
Each bedroom has all the amenities you need: a bed, desk, chair, lamp, large closet and bed linens. Enjoy cooking in your full-size kitchen and hanging out in living room with its comfy sofa and chairs.
Homestay
Homestays are when students live with an American host family during their stay in the US. Living with a host family can help students fully immerse themselves in the culture and language they are here to study. Host families can help students get accustomed to the environment and include them in holiday celebrations and cultural activities. Parkland Apartments offers short-term housing to accommodate students who only need to stay with us for a short time. With competitive rates and a perfect location right behind Columbia School of English, you'll be 15 minutes to all major shopping malls, 10 minutes to downtown and near freeways and public transit. We offer 2 bedroom, 2 bath and 1 bedroom, bath accommodations with all the conveniences of home. Enjoy a full kitchen, fully furnish apartment, large closets and balcony access. This option is best for relocation housing and Winter or Summer vacation.
